State Regional Archives in Třeboň

is an organizational unit of the state, belonging to the Ministry of Interior. Stores written heritage for present and future and has inexhaustible material cultural and historical significance, building on its predecessor with a tradition since the Middle Ages.

Since 2002, the structure consists of satellite office in Třeboň, České Budějovice and Český Krumlov and state district archives in České Budějovice, Český Krumlov, Jindřichův Hradec, Písek, Prachatice, Strakonice a Tábor.

Combining all these sites into a single entity, an extensive network of South Bohemia archive.
